How it works

   Send one link and a 4-digit PIN. The link is on your own studio address, which you pick when you set up.

   They choose

   Your client opens the link, enters the PIN and stars the photos they want. Picks save as they go. No app, no account.

4. Step 4

   You collect

   See the selection list, then copy the selected photos, with matching RAW files, into one folder. Originals are never moved.

  Client ran out of time? Extend the deadline at no cost, as many times as needed, up to 120 days from creating the gallery.

• Reopen once

  Client submitted by mistake or wants changes? Reopen the gallery one time. Their picks are kept.

• Optional selection limit

  Set the album count, say 300 photos, or leave it open. Your client can't go over it.

• PIN on every gallery

  Every gallery has a 4-digit PIN. Change it any time and the old PIN stops working at once.

• Email when they submit

  You get an email the moment your client submits.

• Share on WhatsApp in one tap

  The message carries the link and the deadline. Send the PIN separately.

After the selection

From your client's picks to your editing folder, without typing file numbers.

• Copy selected photos

  Choose your shoot folder. Selkro finds every selected photo, even across subfolders, and copies it into one folder.

• RAW files come along

  A RAW file with the same name as a selected JPG is copied too, ready for editing.

• Originals stay safe

  Your files are copied, never moved or deleted. Run it twice and nothing gets duplicated.

• Works in every browser

  Chrome and Edge copy directly. On Safari or Firefox, use the ready-made script instead.

• Missing photos listed

  Any selected photo not found in your folder is listed after the copy, so nothing slips.

• Selection list kept

  Proofs are archived 45 days after your client submits, or after the deadline if they never submit. You keep the list of selected file names.

The finished photos stay in your own storage, not ours.
