By accessing or using Selkro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Selkro is a photo selection platform that allows photographers to share galleries with their clients for review and selection. Photographers upload proof images; clients review and indicate their preferences.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Selkro a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Selkro does not claim ownership of your photographs.
Certain features require the purchase of credits. A credit is a prepaid digital service: one credit creates one client gallery. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. All purchases are processed securely via Razorpay.
All credit purchases are final — we do not refund used or unused credits — except where you are charged but the credits are not delivered (a failed, duplicate, or erroneous payment), which we refund in full. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selkro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
