Selkro sells gallery credits. A credit is a prepaid digital service: one credit lets you create one client gallery. Credits are not a subscription — there is no recurring billing, and nothing renews automatically. Credits do not expire.
All credit purchases are final.We do not refund credits — used or unused. A credit is used the moment you create a gallery with it; unused credits, including any bought by mistake, are equally non-refundable. Credits granted at no charge — your first free gallery, and any earned through Refer & Earn — carry no monetary value and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
There is one exception. If you are charged and no credits are added to your account, or you are charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the affected amount in full. This covers failed, duplicate, and erroneous charges — cases where you paid but did not receive what you paid for. Contact us whenever you notice it.
There is no subscription to cancel. You may stop using Selkro, or delete your account from Settings, at any time.
Deleting your account forfeits any unused credits. Deletion is permanent, and we cannot recover the account or its balance afterwards.
If you were charged but your credits did not arrive, or you were billed more than once, email support@selkro.com from the address registered to your account, with the payment reference. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer law. Where the law requires a refund, we will provide one.
