Do my clients need to download an app or create an account?

No. The gallery opens in any phone or laptop browser. There is no app to install, no account to create, and no password to set. Removing those steps is the biggest reason selections come back faster.

How do I share a gallery with a client?

You copy the gallery link and send it however you already talk to that client — usually WhatsApp. They tap it, it opens in their browser, and they start selecting. No files are sent, so nothing fills their storage.

What do I get when my client finishes selecting?

You get a clean list of the exact filenames your client chose — the same filenames your camera wrote — so you can isolate only the selected frames in Lightroom and edit only what the client wants.

How do I import the selections into Lightroom?

Selkro gives you the chosen filenames as a plain list. In Lightroom you keep your capture filenames unchanged, then use that list to isolate the choices through the Library filter, a smart collection, or a filename plugin for large sets.

Can I protect a gallery with a PIN?

Yes. You can put a PIN on any gallery, so only someone with both the link and the code can open it — enough privacy to keep a forwarded link out of strangers' hands, without forcing your client to sign up.

Can more than one person view and select in the same gallery?

Yes. Everyone you give the link to can open the same gallery and go through the photos, so a couple — or a couple plus family — can all select without you relaying choices between separate chats.

Does Selkro watermark my proofs?

Yes, optionally. You can show proofs with a watermark so a screenshot is of little use as a finished print, protecting your unpaid work while the client is still deciding.

How much does Selkro cost?

Your first gallery is free. After that you buy gallery credits — one credit creates one client gallery. Packs are ₹199 for 1 gallery, ₹799 for 5, and ₹1,499 for 10. Credits are a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and they never expire.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits you buy stay in your account until you use them, however long that takes. There is no expiry and no use-it-or-lose-it clock.

How long are my galleries and photos kept?

Accepted Answer

Galleries and their proofs are kept for 45 days, which covers a normal selection round and your edit. The selection list you receive is the durable output — once the choices are in Lightroom you no longer depend on the proofs staying online.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

All credit purchases are final — we do not refund used or unused credits. The one exception is a payment charged but not delivered (a failed, duplicate, or erroneous charge), which we refund in full.
